We had an unexpected visit from my sister and her family this past week. It was wonderful to see them, but unfortunately they were here because our wonderful Grandpa (Eli & Chase's Great-Grandpa) passed away on April 14. He was such a wonderful Grandpa and he passed very unexpectedly for someone who was 86 years old. We miss him already!!

John-John...made it to the top in 23 seconds
Learning to use the potty has also been taking some time over the past couple of weeks. Eli has done so well and is almost completely out of diapers. Paci is our next chore. Eli LOVES his paci. Unfortunately, I don't have much motivation to get rid of it...it helps him fall asleep quickly when we only have a short window for nap time, it soothes him when I can't b/c I'm caring for Chase, it helps his ears on an airplane, etc. I have $$motivation$$ to get out of diapers, but not to get rid of the paci. : )
And Chase.....patiently along for the ride. He is such a trooper.
