Another Year Older

I celebrated a birthday recently. Although when you are getting closer and closer to 40, I don't know if you call it celebrating! ; ) Anyway, my Mom made me a yummy German Chocolate Cake (my favorite) and as always, Eli performed a solo of "Happy Birthday". I love it when he sings that song to me! : )

You're Getting Sleepy!

Chase recently fell asleep in his highchair while eating lunch. I think every kid has done this, but it is still so funny to watch the process! : )

Plano Balloon Festival

We visited the Plano Balloon Festival for the first time. We had a great time (although it was pretty hot!) and Eli and Chase enjoyed watching the balloons go up in the air.

Good News!

Chase's lungs are clear!!!!!! WooHoo! Doctor thinks he is finally on the mend! Yay! Hopefully he will be completely better sometime next week and we can get out of this house!! We've gone to Target and the Dr Office, but other than that, we've been here for two weeks. It's been nice, but I am ready to see friends, go to church, etc.

Prayers for Chase, please!

We would appreciate your prayers for Chase. He has had a cold or something for 13 days now and it is not getting better. We've been to the doctor 4 times and will be going back tomorrow. We will most likely get a chest x-ray tomorrow. Please pray that the x-ray is clear and that this goes away very soon!! Thank You!!!!

Shaving Cream

who knew shaving cream could be this fun??? (if you are going to try this, i HIGHLY recommend using unscented shaving cream! we did not and our house smelled like shaving cream for 2 days!)
